The State University of New York at Potsdam recently named 851 students to the President's List, in recognition of their academic excellence in the Fall 2013 semester. The SUNY Potsdam students were honored for earning top marks by Interim President Dr. Dennis L. Hefner.

Hundreds of Blue Hens will pack their bags and head to all corners of the globe as part of UD's trailblazing study abroad program. The Institute for Global Studies (IGS) coordinates over 70 programs annually, encouraging students to "Dare to Explore."

Students at Fairleigh Dickinson University's College at Florham, located in Madison, N.J. have been named to the Dean's and Honors Lists for the Spring 2013 Semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, a student must carry a 3.2 or better grade point average out of a possible 4.0 and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 letter-graded hours (four courses). To qualify for the Honor's List, a student must carry a 3.5 or better grade point average out of a possible 4.0 and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 letter-graded hours (four courses). The University of Scranton has announced it's Dean's List, which recognizes students for academic excellence during the 2013 spring semester. A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours to make the Dean's List. The list includes students from the Jesuit university's College of Arts and Sciences, the Kania School of Management, the Panuska College of Professional Studies and the College of Graduate and Continuing Education. More than 1,490 students were named to the 2013 spring semester Dean's List, including the following area residents.
